Bryan P. Tharp

Bryan P. Tharp is an attorney with Scroggin & Burns, LLC in Roswell, Georgia, where he concentrates his practice on estate planning, trusts, probate, and estate administration. He helps individuals and families put plans in place to protect what matters most to them, and he guides clients through the probate process after the loss of a loved one.

Bryan earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia in Athens and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa. After law school, he served in the United States Army and is a graduate of the Army’s Ranger School.

Bryan is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Texas. He was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2005 and the State Bar of Texas in 2014.

Bryan lives in Alpharetta with his wife and two children. Outside the office, he can often be found on the sidelines at his children’s sporting events or spending time with family and friends.
