Biography
Michael Burns has been an attorney at Scroggin & Burns, LLC since 2012. Michael is a frequent speaker in the Atlanta area and his articles have been printed in national publications. Michael focuses his practice on estate and tax planning, small business representation, trusts, and estate administration. Michael serves as an adjunct professor at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida.
Prior to joining Scroggin & Burns, LLC, Michael graduated in 2008 with honors from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Finance. He received his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 2011 and Masters in Taxation (LL.M.) in 2012 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
