Paul E. Rogers

Paul Rogers joined Scroggin & Company, P.C. as an associate in 2010 after obtaining his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida College of Law.

Paul focuses his practice on estate, gift, generation-skipping and income tax planning, probate administration, asset protection, and general business creation and succession planning for corporations and limited liability companies.  Paul is a member of the Taxation Sections of the State Bars of Georgia and South Carolina. 

Prior to joining the firm, Paul obtained his law degree from the Charleston School of Law where he served on the Editorial Board of the Charleston Law Review and as a graduate tax research assistant for Professor Kristin Gutting.  Paul earned a Bachelor of Administration degree in Economics from Furman University in 2005.
