David L. Bigger

David L. Bigger joined Scroggin & Company, P.C. as an associate in 2010. David graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A. in Economics in 1990 and Georgia State University with an M.B.A. in 1996. He earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2006.

Prior to attending law school, David gained valuable business experience working in management within the hospitality, transportation and non-profit industries. Before joining Scroggin & Company, P.C., David was an associate in the tax group of Fulcher Hagler, LLP, one of the largest firms in Augusta, Georgia.

David specializes in Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Probate and Estate Administration, Estate and Gift Taxation, and Corporate/Business Law.  David works with clients to develop the right estate plan to protect their assets and to provide for their family in the future; he helps navigate the legal maze when a family member dies; and he guides business owners through the myriad of problems which arise in establishing and operating a business.
   
David is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the South Carolina Bar Association.
